Why does Roblox tag my messages?
Roblox replaces filtered chat with ####, which players often call tags or hashtags. The built-in TextService filter does this for profanity and other disallowed text before the message is shown. A message can also be tagged if it looks like it is trying to bypass that filter.
Is this the real Roblox filter?
No. This Roblox filter checker runs Paxmod's moderation, not Roblox's own TextService filter. Results are an approximation and will not exactly match what Roblox tags in game. We do not claim to replicate Roblox's filter.
